I can offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to discuss the difficulties that you are experiencing, and I am able to adapt my way of working to suit your needs. I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of difficulties, such as – anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), self-esteem/confidence issues, bereavement, stress, anger, abuse, eating disorders and relational/familial issues.
I am passionate about improving mental health and working alongside an individual to help them get to where they want to be and feeling how they want to feel. I am a firm believer that there is no single approach to therapy and as such, I take an integrative approach, drawing upon various models of therapy to work towards meeting your needs.
I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and I work with children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
